As we get closer to the 2026 OGCOA Annual Conference on Tuesday, March 3rd, at Westbrook Country Club, I’ve been spending a lot of time talking with the partners who make this event possible. One company I’ve kept my eye on for years is Tee On. I recently had the chance to sit down with Josh Whitaker from their team to talk about their “all-in-one” philosophy and why they’ve chosen 2026 to make a major push into the Ohio market.
If you’ve spent any time managing a pro shop, you know the “integration headache”—trying to get your tee sheet to talk to your POS, which is trying to talk to your restaurant software. Tee On takes a refreshingly different approach. Instead of relying on a web of third-party integrations, they build everything themselves. From dynamic pricing and league management to their own website builder and mobile booking app, it’s a closed-loop system designed to actually work for the operator, not for the hype.
Watch My Interview with Josh Whitaker
In our conversation, Josh and I dig into their cloud-based platform and how they support everyone from single-owner daily fee courses to multi-course management operations. Check out the full video below:
No More Being “Nickeled and Dimed”
One of the things I appreciate most about Tee On’s business model is their transparency. We’ve all been in that spot where a vendor tells you about a “new feature,” only to find out it’s an extra $50 a month. Josh made it clear that with Tee On, every feature—including waitlists, email marketing, and live tournament scoring—is included in the subscription. When they release something new, you get it. Period. They aren’t interested in bringing you back to the negotiation table every time you want to grow your business.
Mobility on the Course: The Bev Cart Feature
We also talked about their mobile capabilities, specifically for the beverage cart. Their system integrates fully with handheld devices and iPads, allowing your attendants to run the full POS on the course. They’ve moved to a “fully cloud-based” model that they’ve been battle-testing for years, ensuring that whether you’re in the clubhouse or off-site, you have real-time data on your sales and inventory.
Meet the Tee On Team in Mansfield
Tee On is one of our key supporting sponsors for the 2026 conference. As I always say, it is hard to pull off a high-quality event where our members get to attend for free without the support of partners like these. Josh will be with us at Westbrook Country Club in Mansfield on March 3rd, and I highly encourage you to stop by their booth.
Whether you’re looking to simplify your reporting across multiple locations or you’re just tired of paying for integrations that don’t work, Tee On has a solution that is worth your time. I’m looking forward to hosting them and seeing many of you there for a day of problem-solving and networking.
